Also the $1m credit line. They make reference to insufficient controls which is a weird statement. They are looking to hire people for august with borrowing money. I just keep finding more weird stuff the more I look. Full disclose. I have been analyzing financials for a living for 30 years. This presentation is unorganized and confusing with tons of disclaimers. Prob on purpose. They have gotten worse with each release.

Check related party debt. $300 k is covered in the notes. Reason why I think revs are flowing through another deng company. He has multiple and so does his kid.
