Gary,

the biggest problem that we have in the US capital markets origin from the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation commonly called DTCC.
As you will see in the text below, ALL transactions carried out in the markets in the USA, including "prop trades", i.e. trades on the books of market makers, are sheltered from General public…
Essentially, DTCC is a black box used by the financial institutions to steal money from retail investors by counterfeiting shares ie naked shorting shares.

Going back to NWBO, I believe the naked shorts are at a minimum of 1,2B shares.
I expect when we have news soon, the market makers (and probably some hedge funds associated to the MMs) will be forced to pay up shares in double digits level.

The DTCC is a central securities depository that provides clearing and settlement services for securities transactions in the United States.
It plays a crucial role in the post-trade processing of securities, including settlement, custody, and risk management.

The trading data held by the DTCC (Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation) is primarily accessed by its member firms, which include broker-dealers, custodian banks, and other financial institutions.
This data is not typically accessible to the public in its raw form.
