My level of participation in AVXL has NEVER exceeded 5% of my portfolio.
While that WAS at a point significant dollars, it no longer is.
Since mine is not Vietnamese or S. Korean money,
that does not make me even a minor player here.
That said, I could (if AVXL gave me a reason) re commit 6+ figures and
as some would offer, still have a zero cost basis.
I mark to Market in my personal finances, so that "theory" does not
cause me to see things in that light.
I can not imagine, without access to a TARDIS, how holding 1M shares
from even the $15 range as a Long Term Investor must feel.
AVXL may yet prove its science is correct.
That does not make it anything other than a falling knife at this time.
I've been known to try and catch one occasionally, but don't see that urge here.
I'm sure those who advise their BSIG and similar will voice an emoji barrage,
but does anyone really care?
