No if you read my posts from this morning, you will see that there is a section in the Financials that were filed on Sunday, yesterday, that states they are still working on the Merger between Affluence and Durham Black... I happen to know from over 20 years experience what a merger and reverse merger are so its all knowledge from simple due diligence... no secrete news portal no insider info no guess work simple DD when Durham Black completes the Affluence merger all of AFFU assets go into Durham, which includes OneMindNG ... it not an acquisition of Durham by Affluence...
