we know what Dr Lebby is saying but have no commercial succes to confirm the statements by Dr lebby.

we should not only see the statements by Dr. lebby as facts. a fact that is contradicting Dr. Lebby his statements is the inability by management to close a deal at this time.

we cannot ignore that last fact.
