You’re either confused or trying to buy cheap shares.

They have artisan manufacturing right now!

To move to Eden will require “several” months of getting gmp compliant units manufactured, then several more months (combined) for qualification, validation plus engineering runs to send data to evaluators for an additional two to three months of evaluation/determination.

At best, you are naive to think this could be done within three months after DCVax-l approval.

Duh. That’s why we have an artisan manufacturing facility process to ramp up to 1200 or more batches the first year following approval. It’s ready!

That’s why we’ve been working with NICE for a decade to align reimbursement.

That’s partly why we already had a specials program for over a decade. IMO.

This 150 to 210 day maa process is built for commercial artisan initially.

Hyperopia - Frankly, I don't agree with your interpretation. The ball has been on the regulator's side of the court since December 22. The frustration comes from the constant beat of the regulator's self-congratulatory drum, as they claim "out with the old, in with the new."

I keep hearing this same line repeated - that all these cancer patients are dying because it is taking so long to bring this treatment to market, and somehow, that is seen as Northwest Bio’s fault

hyperopia,

Thank you for this well thought out take on things NWBO. I agree completely that hedge funds are involved but I also believe it goes well beyond hedge funds because the SEC and DOJ have been alerted for a very long time. They would have acted much more quickly if strings were not being pulled to prevent a much bigger cat out of the bag in my opinion.
Those within government are alerted to threats that are both military, political and economic in nature. NWBO poses both an economic and political threat to those who have created the status quo structure that they are about to break out of. If this were not the case, SEC and DOJ would have been able to act much sooner in my opinion. I believe they are waiting out the approval process for the reasons you mentioned mainly but also gathering info and connections of those trying to prevent this from happening at the same time. This is also likely happening while some within SEC and DOJ may be working against this process or informing those being looked at what is happening ahead of time. Big organizations are just typically more susceptible to influence peddling so this can’t be ruled out.
All in all, NWBO is doing what they need to do to make a big difference in many ways. Those who understand this are their staunchest supporters. Best wishes.

Thank you Hyperopia. Until now I somehow missed your post and
just read it now. I completely agree with the contents of your post
as to the reasons it took so long to get to this point and I have rarely
faulted NWBO for most of the problems (delays, low SP etc.) since it
has been clear to me for a long time that a number of powerful actors
have been trying to destroy our little company.

While I perfectly understand the importance of the breakthrough
technology of Flaskworks and its superiority over the artisan methodology,
I do not know whether or not at the time of MAA approval, this automated
methodology would have already received the required MHRA approval.

Therefore with regard to whether NWBO starts with the artisan or automated
technology. I am on the fence but I am confident that the company is not on
that fence, has planned all the steps that have to be followed and is ready
for all contingencies.
