I'm sorry you lost money on the stock and are concerned about your job security. I am in the camp that Foley is a disaster and should be exited. However, your claim about social media is wrong. The majority of social media posts shared here are not from Revance but actually from Revance's customers. Many people here have first-hand experience with Daxxify. To suggest that is all just marketing is completely disingenuous.

Sorry to hear, it’s unhealthy and somehow silly to continue to work for RVNC in your circumstances

Are you good at what you do?

If you are, just quit and move on. If not, maybe just accept the facts that sometimes somehow some even more incompetent people will become your leader.

Life is too short to be living so miserablely.

Not trying to be offensive here but sometimes, you have to learn to let go

Thanks for the post.

More difficult are comments here about my colleagues losing their jobs as “cutting the fat” or “losers in marketing” or worse “good riddance”, as if applauding the indescribable loss of livelihoods and many millions in employee stock grants and purchases that have disappeared overnight.

All RIF's and headcount reductions are difficult. Nobody wants to make them, and good people get caught-up in them (along with unneeded / low performing employees). Unfortunately today, most employees have never experienced a RIF and the emotions that come with it (anxiety, etc.). I've seen countless RIF's in my restructuring days, and all of them were needed to put the business in a position to survive and in a lot of cases thrive. With the onset of AI, all employees should be evaluating their actual value and how they are likely going to be impacted over the next 24+ months.

We are not “savvy investors”, and a lot of us have never sold a single share of Revance stock. We are humans first, and employees with kids, babies on the way, student loan debt, mortgages, retirement plans. Our compensation packages were initially structured where Revance stock was big financial motivator to stay. We also believe(d) in the product but not in Dustin and Mark’s strategy, yes Mark was in on it. It was a strategy I quietly questioned.

The product is the same, and the share price is fixable. I don't know one great company that hasn't seen their share price cut in half at least once, nor hasn't implemented sizeable RIF's... Life is about what you do when you've been knocked on your butt. The good / great people use it as motivation to thrive --- bouncing back quickly, while others find it as a perfect excuse to complain and blame their life outcomes on others. Ball is in your court...

Working at Revance is as Emmanow said, “sad”. It’s also like walking barefoot on a tight rope laden with shards of glass. We don’t sleep at night with worry, by day it’s hard to focus on work.

Like I said earlier, for those that have never been through a RIF or who aren't comfortable they are adding real value, often experience anxiety during times like this. The best employees step-up --- rolling up their sleeves and willing to take on even more responsibility. And although it's always easier said then done, you cannot control the things you cannot control. Worrying you may be next doesn't help anyone. Focus on what you can control and kick-ass everyday.

Are you talking about stock grants that never became in the money? If so, I am sorry you didn't get a big windfall but you didn't lose money you invested. Most people don't get stock grants in companies where they are employed. I have never gotten a single share when I worked in companies, not that I am upset or unhappy about it. If I did get them I would consider them as a possible windfall not count on them as money. By the way, I think companies are way too extravagant in doling out stock options and stock grants to employees.

To date I have lost almost $400k in Revance stock, I imagine some of my colleagues with bigger titles or longer stints have lost a lot more, but that’s a life changing amount of money for me.

I am sorry you have lost money, just as I am sorry for anyone else who has invested in RVNC and lost money myself included, but it isn't wise to invest in a company in which you work. That was the lesson the ENRON collapse should have driven home. If you are talking about stock grants and incentives that you were awarded and not being in the money, then you really didn't lose money because you didn't invest your own cold hard cash into RVNC. Even so, I am sure it hurts so I feel sorry for you and your co-workers.

More difficult are comments here about my colleagues losing their jobs as “cutting the fat” or “losers in marketing” or worse “good riddance”, as if applauding the indescribable loss of livelihoods and many millions in employee stock grants and purchases that have disappeared overnight.

Always sorry to hear about people losing their jobs, but that happens in businesses that are struggling, and RVNC is certainly struggling as it pushes to increase Daxxify market share in aesthetics and begins to enter the therapeutic market. I don't take any pleasure in seeing peopIe lose their jobs. I hope you and your coworkers are able to make it through, if not at RVNC, then perhaps at another job where you feel less stress, less pain and less anger.

I’m referring to previous posts regarding the mall events and Erica posing in front of a wrapped vehicle. Those were not successful events by any stretch. This is just social media marketing.

There are plenty of organic social posts that are real and are favorable from top Derms and injectors.

Well leadership doesn’t communicate. All we have to go by is who is here to support product marketing and launches.

We no longer have a team to support Daxxify aesthetics relaunch efforts, we have no staff to launch therapeutics for CD. Everyone is gone - IR and Comms teams resigned. Media, PR, and investor relations has been outsourced. Not a great indicator.
