My 2¢ worth. Your probably correct. Another issue will be when we see the Institutional + MF ownership begin to increase a considerable amount above 32%. I got in one some years ago. Soon it was 96% Insti owned. Very soon it was Buy Out time. That one was a real SQUEEZE not enough shares left available. Nice premium I collected on the sale.
