$EBET 📢 Docket #58 was Granted to EBET as a Sealed Docket as it is not shown to the public, per reading through the new Docket #59.
Reason is it "contains confidential business and financial information" so stated in #59 Docket.
Also states " discusses the very issues for which EBET now brings the claims"

Looks like they also referenced some older cases in docket #59 too , have to comb through it to analyze more

This is why we can't see Docket #58.
