They have 15 days to file after the NT. Should be Monday unless they are late. They never have failed to file.

On March 28 they filed a Notice of late filing for the 10-K. A late filing for a 10-K must be filed within 15 days. The 15th day is Saturday so Monday is the last day. If it’s not filed they will place a Yield Sign on the stock until it is filed. Also because it’s the 2023 year end filing they also must file an Attorney Letter as well.
