I provided all the information necessary to contact the SEC in a previous post. If you feel as if the company has acted unlawfully, I suggest you file a complaint. I’m sure others have. In my opinion….the more concerns about this ticker expressed by investors to the SEC…the greater probability it will be prioritized and looked into.
