I'm not crazy on Melendez but I will disagree with you about Velasquez. I think that he will be a 25-30 HR guy with decent OBP. I am a little more reserved on Garcia but am open to the possibility of him being really good as he definitely has some pop.
While our starting pitching is not sustainable at its current rate, it can definitely be in the top third of all of baseball and that would be big.
A key for this team will be if they can avoid prolonged bad stretches. Which has been in a big issue in recent years
