versus March, 2023...

cost on oil by buying more from Russia...

China filled a lot of reserves in 2023

when oil price was cheaper...

So can lower buying while things are

slower in their economy...

China is not the elephant in the room

causing excess oil pricing now...

India has slowed down too or they

would still be buying Russian oil...

Appears you are getting screwed when

you pull up to pump gas now...
