Is this a legitimate lawsuit ? HI Blue Finch it has been a while. As to this "Law Suit" Same guy "Adam Feuerstein American blogger" Same law firms as previous "Law Suit" several years ago. It was dismissed by Judge. But the "Articles" bring on the Shorters. So they drive the stock price down and eventually buy their way out of the short making a profit. And Many of us are also buying additional shares or maybe some are not but are waiting. And now to hope Anavex gets off their butt and files with EMA and FDA as they say they are in process of doing.

The general opinion on the board is that it has little to no merit.
Many consider it to be a short tactic. The latest short report showed close to a 2,000,000 share increase in the short position to 22,000,000 shares short.
There are other's that feel that Anavex brought the suit on by the poor communications habits.
