Dan doesn't really talk to investors like that, so I would disagree with your assessment.

Even on all the spaces calls he has done, he always comes across as straight up with responses such as "It takes as long as it takes" and everything.

We are all bullish, taking longer than we expect to get some of these items done but with lawyers and gov involved it happens. The Company will get it done
