I have thought that too since this ID emerged - the difference in the legal systems puts this person in greater jeopardy if they are a British citizen.

Just by the very fact that he is desperate to sound British when writing proves he is not British. Could he be in the UK, no doubt, and if he is then he is most certainly a Yank masquerading as a Brit. The next month will be interesting, available shares will be limited so we just need a spark to light the fire. When will it be delivered is anyone’s guess.
