The company has diluted itself by almost >200% in two years so far. The revenues have fallen how much ? Maybe -75%?
The false and fake reverse split debacle. The loss of IST … their Smart City Arm. The multitude of promises to Nasdaq over the years and failing to meet any of his dates. There isn’t much confidence in the ceo. Not to say I don’t have confidence but it does dwindle further as he misses his own publicly stated dates. You can claim other otherwise but that simply isn’t true per the public PRs and past experience.
