Blarcamesine should be an approved drug if it does anything listed below, even though it takes years longer than the initial trial ran:
1) slowed decline 2) created modest improvement 3) treated negative symptomology with no negative impact 4) when given very early slowed or stopped degeneration 5) decreased anxiety and discomfort in patients
... and probably more that I didn't come up with off the top of my head.
