SOrry but you are wrong.
I have suggested for several yrs that SHARES will need to be issued to put the commons BACK INTO A POSITION of owning 51% of the company and when that happens the share price WILL FALLLLLLLL.................... WOW IS ALL I CAN SAY to your statement that no one here have ever said that...........Pretty telling I'd say

Would you be SUGGESTING that any additional shares that MAY NEED TO BE ISSUED, WILL be issued at $30 so that all are on an equal footing for shares they MAY receive in any possible distribution of shares??????????????
