I also agree with your SAGA take. I said the same. The only difference in my view was the possibility of PIPE funding from an outside source-but that never happened.
The filing should be interesting and hopefully puts some things into perspective. I believe the only possible positive, as you allude to, is BGEN having momentum, AI being a hot commodity and, with the SAGA deal dead, BGEN would still fall under ENZC. As you say, let's see. Have a great day.
