Maybe but I'm skeptical. It'd take a tremendous amount of coordination with surgeons to get the later right. And, not even to mention the potential for accidental cross contamination thereby ruining a dozen patient cultures rather than just one. Or possibly confusionn brought on by lesser qualified techs. In this case slower might be better, IMO.
