AVXL price languishes. Yes this SAME POS "Biogtech Journalist" did exactly the same thing several years ago. And NO I don't think that Missling has done what he should have done. All that is water over the dam and nothing a few people complaining here on Investors Hub or pick them another similar group is going to make any change in our CEO.. we are stuck with him. But you could have had ANY SEASONED CEO and AF would have done the same thing. Usually with the same effect to the stock. AF Spoke and those Lawyers shorted first and then spoke their lawsuits. Look back at AF and his merry band of shorters. Many other companies he has done exactly the same thing. Manipulation no question about it. Unfortunate but we are stuck until this lawsuit is eventually found to be FALSE. Or FDA EMA etc state that Anavex has filed for approval of 2-73. Most anything else the company states will have little effect. Time for ACTION Missling.

Fault for the lawsuit is not the issue. The strength of the lawsuit is. And so far it looks to be a nuance rather than a serious threat.

20,000,000 shares short is not a conspiracy. The short value of $100,000,000 is not a conspiracy.

If you think that there are not efforts being made to protect that amount of money then I suggest you are being willfully blind.
