I don't think perpetual access is guaranteed to anyone that does not have a signed purchase agreement in place.

"Here you can test our product forever", no not going to happen. Now if Lightwave has inked a deal, like the first one that is in place, I could see the acquirer of Lightwave having to honor the price points in that deal, but if they haven't signed the deal and without compensation to Lightwave sorry about their luck.

X They all need it, the board of directors has a fiduciary responsibility to the shareholders, under the rules of a Nevada Corp. we have no say over the decision of a takeover.
