Oh GINT! Don't get distracted. ***INVESTORS ALERT**** TSOI Corp, Thomas Ichim and Dr. James Veltmeyer are being sued for FRAUD, breach of Fiduciary Duty; - Conversion; -Accounting; - Imposition of a Constructive Trust; and -Intentional Interference with Contractual Relations
No individual is in a court case yet. TSOI is trying to SLAPP burnt investors for speaking their mind. If and when they can identify the investors speaking out against management's lies and unprofessionalism, then they can advance and actually sue one of those individuals in the region that holds jurisdiction. It looks like there is a LOT that may still happen (or not), but no individual other than Ichim and Veltmeyer is currently embroiled in a TSOI-related lawsuit so far as I know. Wouldn't it be wise to get your facts straight before engaging legal issues?
