For instance: if a group of Stocktwits users are named and TSOI is bringing the ex parte ruled suit, are you saying that disqualifies its relevance?
What if a different group (that didn’t name “Johnnytrader33” was named, would that change your perspective regarding relevance?

Perhaps you could break down these lawsuits given your knowledge of both. Then we lost souls might understand more clearly why one is “REAL” as you’ve stated, and the other, by your unsurprisingly vacant analysis, is not.
