You're referring to the margin requirements for retail investors; old, tired argument. Aren't we beyond that? Capitol? The capital requirements are nil if, say, a person is a broker-dealer agent. "An agent is an employee of the broker-dealer and is subject to the supervision and control of the broker-dealer." Hmm, wonder if these knuckle-draggers have their own convention.
