Thanks for your input. Yes, there are 223 plaintiffs and a lot of them of them have settled with these banks. However, these plaintiffs are not in the same pot of 400 billion Freddie and FDIC suing the 16 banks. Those are separate law suits.

On that note, so many banks have settled millions of dollars with a lot of small plaintiffs. Admission of guilt and wrongdoing! That itself shows that FDIC and Freddie will win billions. How much? it will be known soon. If banks decide to settle and not go to court they have time until 10/2024. If they wait longer the price tag gets bigger as you may know settle now or it will get more expensive to settle right before the court hearing in October.
