I've been a plaintiff , defendant and expert witness in several trials ...one of which went against me despite clear evidence ( in my mind anyway ) to the contrary .
You can't dwell on it .
I listened to your court presentation ...and was impressed ( despite my earlier reservations ) .

Marjac, Do you think Amarin might have settled with Health Net in order to expedite the appeal of the Hikma dismissal? Assuming this gets remanded back to the district court, would you expect Amarin to pull another insurance company into the suit?
