It isn't that the process of a return to an exchange or a buyout couldn't start in the next month or two. It is just that both possibilities involve legal issues that take time. Any time you get lawyers involved, they love to bill by the hour. I have been told that the minimum time we should expect after a decision has been made to go one direction or the other is one month, with three months as a max if there are issues that need to be resolved.
The exciting part is that we now have proof that we are in the right stock. It has gone way beyond rumor and JMHO.
