I agree, and we may see $50 million in earnings, like isMedia had in 2019 with the CCM business. Using a conservative P/E ratio of 15 and multiply that by EPS, which is .02/ 1.5 Billion you would see a share price of $.50
It could be even higher if the total outstanding shares don’t reach 1.5 Billion after the merger is completed.
