A lot of people on the board are not going to like your conclusion but I for one have to agree with you. There is no reason for the current WH to remove the DOE delays as it has become an election issue. If the WH changes then it will open up again but that is not until after January 20th. Dead in the water until then unless the WH doesn’t change then just dead.

I can understand the government delaying responses on applications, but I don’t think the DOE would wait 6 months past a permit expiration to notify them of status on an extension of an existing project. Never know though
