Class action lawsuit would be difficult.

They have done the old bait/switch 3 times now.
RD left ND holding the bag though. I'm not sure how bright
she is not to have seen that coming. And RD's other company
TF Tech Ventures has gone dark/inactive - so it's doubtful they
will ever even see the remainder of the money owed by the last
bait/switch tactic.

RD/CURE escaped the IONIC lawsuit - debt by leaving
Sera Labs/Avenir holding the IONIC debt/lawsuit bag - crazy but true.
