One of the MAJOR problems is that RD is still the Chairman of Avenir!! Crazy as that is!!!

Yes; the Ionic Defaulted Debt is still outstanding AND TF Tech Ventures of which Rob Davidson is/was the CEO still owes Avenir money!!

The $64,000 question is: How are the auditors going to reconcile this arrangement?

Also; Rob Davidson had/has a fiduciary obligation to Avenir that has been totally disregarded!
