Your example again lol. Oh my gerd. That is when the company lost their otc status and went to expert only. THaT is exactly what happens when you don’t follow the rules. It’s linked down upon and has detrimental effects at that time. They are no longer beholden to otc filings at that point.
Sooooo you are now making the case / excuse that the economy may not meet their obligation to file even with the extension…. Is that what I’m reading ? Because that’s the example you gave. lol.
