Like I said prior(no-excuse)..just because we don’t get the news on the day the deal is officially made, doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. The filing date of this event would still show the date of the deal being prior than the date we got the filing. It’s just like when we get our financials. We get them for the period ending such and such even though we get them with the extension. No need to claim I’m making up excuses lol it’s just the same logic as with the financials.
