The SEC is already cracking down on scammers who hijack Zombie tickers.

This was done by changing the rules on 15c2-11 - George Sharp has hijacked 3 shells and all 3 are missing the 15c.

FINRA has stopped processing the 15c2-11s - Sharp hijacked the 3 shells 3 years ago and he still hasn't filed a 15c for GOFF/WNFT, SRNW and GVSI. GVSI will never a Form 10 processed - but Sharp is playing with investors - he stated a Form 10 won't be filed until late Q1 2025. But investors are too scared to ask Sharp why it is taking another year to file a Form 10.

Sharp withdrew the last Form 10 on 11/23/2021 - so it will be 3 years since Sharp withdrew the last Form 10.
