These tickers have insanely low thresholds of oversight and compliance which naturally attracts hoards of fraudsters.

Ok, I appreciate you're honest reply, so how could one tighten up the reins? Again congress comes to mind, they could enforce change with the SEC and perhaps even finra, to take action quicker but still people get financially devastated at times some might be savvy enough to sell at least one tick lower or even two either way they loose money when the critics arrive. I'm just trying to come up with a way that you guys don't feel the necessity to flood the boards with you're opinions, Thanks.
