Somehow I must have misinterpreted this.

The judge has ordered a discovery period, which means that Anavex internal and other relevant documents can be subpoenaed by plaintiff's counsel to establish for example if the company changed endpoints after the AVATAR and EXCELLENCE Rett trials primary completion date or other material disclosures that may have been withheld from investors or misstated.

I thought that was a was a declarative statement.

When in fact the judge hasn't ordered a discovery period. He ordered a plan for the discovery period and if one is not agreed upon by both parties there will be a hearing.
