Things have faltered so many times in the past that I can’t keep track of them…and yet kim has never had any problem doing whatever he wanted…
Kim has the vast majority of the votes…he always has and still would not matter what…
The 200 mil more just makes it more convenient for him…easier…
And he can sell his personal shares without losing any control…
