Things have faltered so many times in the past that I can’t keep track of them…and yet kim has never had any problem doing whatever he wanted…

That was in the past and present. The extra 200 million voting shares are for the future.

Why would he need 200 million more voting shared if the companies officers already have control?

Maybe the sharecount is going to change?
Either Kim selling or financial dillution?
Or both?

Maybe kim wants to sell into the dillution like he did last time. He is a genius, so I've heard.
