I don’t have any reason to think the lawsuit guides regulatory filings. I do have reasons the lawsuit is independent of regulatory filings.
Regulatory filings and approval must come first since this yields revenue and validation and additional reg filings and more trials.
Approval explodes the damages model. The lawsuit yields none of these benefits except for apotentialsettlement.
