Why would LWLG buy them when they offer LWLG nothing of value?
The only asset Silorix has is Christian Koos and he’s a scientist. The rest of the team is just OK and no one offers talent that can’t be found elsewhere. Koos is far from a business person. My understanding is his reputation has taken a hit in the European photonics ecosystem for certain things he has done from a business standpoint. I can’t elaborate. But perhaps is part of the reason why LWLG and Silorix broke up. My goal in May is to get some more of the story. I’m also going to find out why Lebby isn’t taking measures to force their doors shut…because right now he could with very little expense.
