How is this bashing? I didn't say it was a bad thing. That's just how this works, it isn't unique to DCVax. FDA won't approve this until the company has manufacturing capacity to meet demand. Tell me you know nothing about pharma approval processes without telling me.

What's foolish is a broke biotech pretending to have a viable product submitting to MHRA before the FDA, given that an expedited pathway from FDA TO every other RA exists but NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND.

It's as if NWBO is expecting rejection and just wants the quietest possible rejection.

Charles River Labs could handle any commercial capacity, but LP would no longer be negotiating with LP for a cherry deal.
