The forever waiting game is the most egregious form of deceptive BP franchise protection ever devised. Tell me there hasn't been swifter approvals of treatments with black box warnings, or a long list of potential nasty side effects. DCVAX has been around for 20 years. Twenty years. There are brands that launched and since gone generic in far less time. It's all a bunch of bullshit. Moonshot, ILAP, Orbis, take your pick. Reminds me of all the mindless campaign slogans for dummies.

Yeah I've seen the no-RFI Phase II debate go both ways and I'm honestly unsure of the correct answer.

Either way, I think we're at the point now where it isn't unreasonable to think a decision could come soon. I'd still consider it optimistic, but not unreasonable.
