You’re right Gary.
Institutions will buy into the quarter with expectations the approval is imminent.
They’ll do the opposite of what they’ve done last Friday.
I also agree the approval is around the corner and I think it will be announced in April.
To conclude my comment, I’ve seen a lot of articles + videos lately highlighting cancer being cured by vaccines in the future.
I strongly believe the first cancer vaccine to be approved (UK or USA, it doesn’t matter) will get HUGE market recognition.

I bet it will be DCVAX/NWBO.

Since the safety profile of DCVax-L is similar to tap water, the MHRA has no reason to hesitate.
