Colon cancers are already on the rise but that EM radiation exposure will most likely interfere with the bodies electrical system which will cause various problems. Seizures and heart anomalies being the most obvious major anomalies outside the usual EM hypersensitivity issues (headaches, tinnitus, etc..). I guess its possible a mild seizure could cause the foot to slam down on the accelerator but that doesnt explain how the Tesla veered in a nice path into the apartment complex. A Seizure should have caused more erratic path assuming at least one hand was on the wheel.
Could also see a rise in blockages as EM radiation can impact blood flow and clotting. I suspect it plays into cholesterol in arteries as well. Sort of like how it causes dendrite buildup in lithium batteries.
