RMB, agreed. It's actually really tough to get to the right answer. Is too much protein bad? Is just too much red meat bad? Is it just processed read meat that's bad? Does the way meat is cooked (ie. charred, high-heat) cause problems? Is just low-quality meat bad (ie. corn-fed, feed-lot animals)?

I've also read that it may be the albumin in read meat that causes harm, and that certain greens can counteract the effect. So maybe one person eats a lot of red meat, but also has a lot of greens, and are fine.

So, so many variables.
