can they uplist if they haven't proven they can file on time? monte carlo simulation ring a bell? Remember they were kicked off for multiple violations and filing on time was one of those reasons. Give up that pipedream of uplisting. Related party transactions still in effect....filing on time still a no go.
where are those uplisting consultants from years ago? more breadcrumbs planted by NWBO? The uplist story is old and stale. Come up with some new breadcrumbs that are realistic!
Not sure of the history, but I heard that NWBO voluntarily de-listed from the board they were on, and that is supposed to make the re-listing process be easier/faster.
