CEO is an arrogant stubborn SOB. His word means nothing. He has zero accountability and has enriched himself beyond his wildest imagination by stringing investors along with lies and fumbles.
Missling seems bereft of character and conscience. If he had either of these, either the SP would be higher or he would have resigned his position as CEO.
What is seldom mentioned, but is very revealing, is the lack of insider buying—other than options grants. Not a good signal.
