Zman, I have no actual evidence of this, but I would bet all of my AMRN shares on the fact that Amarin has had the generic products tested (quietly). And the fact that they have said absolutely nothing about it most likely means that they have no case against the generics (specifically regarding the formulation). But they probably don't want it to be be public knowledge. In other words, they are not going to come out and state that they tested the generics, and they are fine.
I may be 100% wrong (in which case, I owe you a lot of AMRN shares! 🤣). But there would be absolutely no reason for them to have NOT tested them.
